Which countries do you ship to?
The United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
How long will my order take?
Standard Shipping is free, with an estimate of 10–25 business days. Priority Shipping costs €3.90 and is estimated at 8–20 business days. Both count from your order date, without weekends or public holidays.
Might I pay import charges?
Possibly. Orders ship from our logistics partner in China, Delivered Duties Unpaid, so any duties or import VAT your country applies are collected from you on arrival and are not part of the checkout total.
How do returns work?
Email contact@lumabagg.com within 30 days of delivery and wait for our reply before posting anything. If we need the item back, we send you the address. Your refund follows within 10 business days of approval.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. Sale and discounted items follow the same 30-day rules as everything else.
