Wondering where your parcel is? Here’s how to follow it.
Your tracking number
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number and a link. It goes to the email address you used at checkout, so have a look in your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it. You can also see your orders by signing in to your account with that same email.
It’s normal for the first update to take a few days to show up while the carrier registers the parcel.
When to expect it

Estimates are counted in business days from the day you order. Parcels travel from our logistics partner in China; any import charges collected on arrival are paid by the recipient.
Tracking hasn’t changed?
Parcels can go quiet for a few days while crossing borders or going through customs. If the estimated time has passed, or there has been no update for 10 business days, email contact@lumabagg.com with your order number. We’ll chase it with the carrier, and if it’s confirmed lost we’ll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
